Great article. Thanks for sharing. I’m always happy to see Jim Hutton recognized. He is such a nice man. After his “Mercury and Me” book came out, I wrote him a letter in care of the publishing company (this was in the 1990s before internet was popular, so to get in touch with someone you would do snail mail.) Jim sent me a beautiful handmade Xmas card with a photo of his kitty in the tree. I still have it and cherish it.
God bless, Freddie, may he rest in peace. He was so much to so many people. His music definitely helped me get through my awkward teenage years.
