March 3–5, Paris Psych Fest (Paris International Festival of Psychedelic Music), La Cigale & Le Trabendo
March 16–19, Festival Paris Music, throughout Paris
Created by the organizers of Disquaire Day (Record Store Day), in association with the City of Paris, this new festival strives each year to not to be missed and give Paris an important voice in the international music scene. Paris Music will transform Paris into a European music capital and a giant creative space through concerts organized in several Parisian venues, but also in unlikely spaces that do not usually host these types of events. The Crypte Archéologique du parvis Notre-Dame and the Musée National Eugène Delacroix for example. Paris Music proposes all types of music, from pop to contemporary, from rap to classical, from jazz to electronic.
April 22, Disquaire Day (Record Store Day), throughout Paris
April 28–30, Musicora, Grande Halle de la Villette
Musicora is an annual public event which gathers professionals and classical, jazz, traditional and world music enthusiasts during three days. For its 28th edition, Musicora settles in the Grande Halle de la Villette and offers a program full of events, concerts, showcases and workshops for musicians, professionals or amateurs.

Emergenza is the world’s largest festival for unsigned bands, with concerts in more than 150 cities around the world. It features up and coming bands from across the globe. The world final will take place in Germany at the Taubertal Open Air Festival (August 10–13).

Established in 1982, the Fête de la Musique celebrates the millions of amateur and professional musicians, who every June 21 take over public spaces and elsewhere to share their passion.
